1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between runsitself (operated by WZLOT sp. z o.o., "we", "us", "our") and you, the customer ("you", "your", "Customer"), governing the purchase and use of our digital products and services.

3.1 Digital Products (self-serve)

A set of Markdown (.md) files — five executive files (CEO, CMO, CSO, CTO, COO), a setup prompt, project instructions, and a shared context template — that you upload to your own Claude.ai, ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Advanced, or Claude Code account. These files guide the AI platform to act as your "AI Board in a Box" (or the relevant product).

3.2 Services (Diagnostic Call, Wiring Service, Discovery Calls)

Live video/phone consulting sessions with Maciej. Booked via Cal.com. Delivered via Google Meet (or Zoom if preferred).

3.3 High-Ticket Services (Track 2, Track 3, Track 4)

Custom engagements quoted per project after a Discovery Call. Governed by a separate signed Service Agreement that supersedes these Terms for the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, payment, and cancellation policy.

4. License and Use Rights

You receive a lifetime license to version 1 (v1). You may:

5. Performance Dependencies and Disclaimers

The performance of our Digital Products depends on factors beyond our control, including:

AI outputs are guidance only, not professional advice. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue growth, or transformation of your business. Decisions you make based on AI Board outputs are your own responsibility.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Prices are in USD. VAT/tax may apply based on your location and our tax obligations.

6.2 Payment

All payments processed via Stripe. Payment is due in full at time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans for Digital Products under $500.

6.3 Currency

Transactions are in USD unless otherwise specified on the checkout page.

License is perpetual (lifetime v1). Neither party can terminate once purchase is complete and delivery succeeded.

Currently we do not offer subscription products for public purchase. Track 2 monthly retainers are governed by separate signed agreements.

We may terminate your license and cease providing services without refund if you:

If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiations via email.

If negotiations fail within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation or legal action.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

For EU consumers: nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under EU law, including the right to complain to your national consumer protection authority.
